These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Aelion Group LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of LeadFlow, a software-as-a-service platform for lead generation automation, accessible at leadflow.io and related domains.
By accessing or using LeadFlow, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with them in full.
LeadFlow provides automated lead generation tools including but not limited to: business data scraping, website auditing, AI-generated email outreach, automated follow-up sequences, CRM management, and analytics reporting ("the Service").
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information, violate these Terms, or engage in fraudulent activity.
LeadFlow offers multiple subscription tiers (Starter, Growth, Agency) as described on our Pricing page. Plan features and pricing are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice to existing subscribers.
We may offer a free trial period (currently 7 days). No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Service. Trial accounts may have limited features at our discretion.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are in US dollars. By subscribing, you authorize us (via our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel during a billing period, you will retain access to the Service through the end of that paid period and will not receive a prorated refund for unused time.
If payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method up to three times over 7 days. If payment cannot be collected, your account may be suspended until payment is received. We reserve the right to terminate accounts with sustained non-payment.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@leadflow.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. After cancellation:

You agree to use LeadFlow only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the Service to:
Compliance responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of LeadFlow complies with all applicable email marketing laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.). LeadFlow provides tools — the legality of your outreach campaigns is your responsibility.
LeadFlow and all related software, trademarks, logos, content, and intellectual property are owned by Aelion Group LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as explicitly stated.
You retain ownership of any data, content, or campaigns you create using LeadFlow ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free right to use such feedback without compensation to you.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using LeadFlow, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
LeadFlow may integrate with or rely on third-party services (e.g., Google, Firebase, Stripe, email providers). Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AELION GROUP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aelion Group LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the LeadFlow platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced at least 24 hours in advance. Credits for downtime exceeding our SLA commitment are available upon request and are limited to pro-rated subscription fees for the affected period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles, CA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the LeadFlow website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may terminate your account immediately without notice if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policy.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aelion Group LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
